I started my career as a farmer. After 9 years I decided to step into the potato industry. I’m pioneering around the world for 36 years now, and I have grown potatoes in more than 30 countries in every climate zone. Analyzing the local conditions and integrate in the local culture is the base of supporting farmers and implement the required discipline for a succesful potato production.

We’re initiating and implementing new technology and spreading know how and experience from one country to the other, which is very satisfying.

Developing a sustainable raw supply for the factories is my target, with the complete scope from setting up a seed potato pipeline till the delivery of commercial potatoes to the factory gate.

This gives me the opportunity to help farmers to improve their yield and financial results, based on a sustainability mindset.
