WPC 2026 Nairobi Accommodation – Arrival / Departure
To make your journey to WPC 2026 as smooth and convenient as possible, we have secured two official arrival hotels in Nairobi for delegates arriving before travelling to Naivasha:
- Argyle Grand Hotel Nairobi Airport – an ideal choice for delegates arriving on late evening or early morning international flights, conveniently located close to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
- Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Nairobi – situated in the vibrant Westlands district, offering a fantastic stopover for delegates who wish to explore Nairobi’s restaurants, attractions and culture before travelling to Naivasha.
For delegates arriving in Nairobi on 24 or 25 October, particularly those arriving late in the day, we strongly recommend booking one of these official arrival hotels before continuing on to the Congress.
To ensure a seamless travel experience, official WPC 2026 shuttle services will operate from both the Argyle Grand Hotel Nairobi Airport and the Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Nairobi directly to Sawela Lodges, the Congress venue, as well as to the official Congress hotels in Naivasha.
