How to Use the Template
- Click the button/link above to open your personalised Canva template.
- Log in to Canva or create a free Canva account if you do not already have one.
- Make your own copy of the template
- When the link opens to the Canva Design, go to ‘File’ (top left corner) scroll down and click ‘Make a copy’.
- This will create your own editable version and ensures any changes you make will not affect the original template.
- Add your Headshot
- Go to ‘Uploads’ (left side screen menu), then click ‘Upload files’ and choose your desired photo to insert.
- Once the image is uploaded you can drag the image into the Headshot frame.
- To edit the image, double-click the image to adjust the size and position until it fits neatly within the frame.
- Maintain the template design
- Please do not change the layout, fonts, colours or logos on the design.
- Once complete, download your graphic as a PNG or JPG and share it on your social media channels
